Sunday Check is a weekly wellness check-in service operated by SPE Development LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We can be reached at hello@sundaycheck.com.

We use the information we collect solely to operate the Sunday Check service:
By creating an account and providing your cell phone number, you consent to receive automated text messages from Sunday Check at the number you provided. Message frequency is approximately one text per week. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts will disable your check-in service.
Your personal contacts will receive a text notification only if you do not respond to your weekly check-in within 24 hours. They may opt out of future notifications by replying STOP.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
We share limited information only as necessary to operate the service:
Both Twilio and Supabase are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than delivering our service.
Your data is stored in a secured database with row-level security controls, meaning each user can only access their own information. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. We use industry-standard HTTPS encryption for all data transmission.
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If your account becomes dormant (no login for 90 days after your check-ins have been paused), your login remains accessible but your data is retained for an additional 90-day period before we may delete it. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@sundaycheck.com.

Sunday Check is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify you by email and update the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
