Please read these terms before using Sunday Check. By creating an account you agree to them.
Sunday Check is a weekly wellness check-in service operated by SPE Development LLC. The program name is Sunday Check. The service sends subscribers an automated text message each Sunday. If the subscriber does not respond within approximately 24 hours, the service will attempt a follow-up voice call and, if still unreachable, will send a notification text to the personal contacts the subscriber has designated in their account.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use Sunday Check. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.
Program name: Sunday Check
Program description: Weekly automated wellness check-in texts. One text per week, every Sunday. If you do not respond, one follow-up contact attempt will be made. If your personal contacts are notified, they will receive one notification text.
Message frequency: Approximately 1 message per week to subscribers. Personal contacts receive messages only when a subscriber cannot be reached.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
Supported carriers: Most major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
To get help at any time, reply HELP to any Sunday Check message or email hello@sundaycheck.com.
To stop receiving Sunday Check text messages, reply STOP to any message. After replying STOP you will receive one confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. Note that opting out of texts will disable your weekly check-in service.
Personal contacts who receive a notification text may also reply STOP to opt out of future notifications.

Sunday Check is a wellness check-in notification service. It is not a medical alert system, an emergency response service, or a substitute for professional care.
By adding a person as a personal contact in your account, you represent that you have their permission to share their phone number with Sunday Check and that they have consented to receive a notification text in the event you cannot be reached. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current and accurate.
Sunday Check costs $9.99 per month for the Individual Plan after the free 30-day trial. The Members Plan, which includes you [the end-user] and up to 3 friends or family members, costs $14.99 per month after the free 30-day trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. Billing begins on the first day after your trial ends. You may cancel at any time.
If your account becomes inactive (your contacts have been notified and you have not logged back in to restart your check-ins), billing will continue for up to 60 days. After 60 days without a restart, billing ends automatically. Your login will remain active for 90 additional days so you or your family can access your account.
You may cancel your Sunday Check subscription at any time by emailing hello@sundaycheck.com. We do not charge cancellation fees. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SPE Development LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Sunday Check or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages arising from failed message delivery, delayed notification, or actions taken by your personal contacts.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of Sunday Check after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
